Ingredients:

For Roll Omelet:

  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Tuna fish 1 can
  • Cucumber 2
  • Noori 1 packet
  • Japanese rice as required
  • Wasabi as required
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Soya sauce as required
  • Ice berg as required
  • Japanese ginger as required

Method:

  1. For omelet: Mix eggs, salt and sugar nicely in mixing bowl and beat it.
  2. Now heat oil in pan, make omelet, cut into slices and keep it aside.
  3. For filling: Keep noori sheet on makimono bamboo sheet and spread rice.
  4. Now fill with fish, cucumber, wasabi, mayonnaise, soya sauce, ice berg, ginger and rice.
  5. Then roll in round, cut like roll shape and serve it.

Makimono is Japanese sushi roll. It is prepared with rice, seafood & vegetables. It is served with wasabi & soya sauce.
