Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 2 cups
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Mint paste 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry onion and garlic slightly.
  2. Then put all ingredients in blender and make paste with water as required.
  3. Then put in serving bowl and serve.

Khatta Meehta Raita is amazing dish. It is prepared with yogurt & vegetables and served with biryani.
