Coconut Pudding

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Cream 1 packet
- Butter 50 gm
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Almonds 100 gm
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk 1 tin
- Eggs 6
- Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
- Grated coconut as required
Method:
- Cook milk.
- Put eggs, cream, coconut milk, vanilla essence and sugar in pot and beat it.
- Then put milk and mix it.
- Now cook sugar, make caramel, put in mold and set it.
- Then put coconut.
- Now put eggs mixture, bake on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes, cool it, put almonds and serve.
Coconut Pudding is delicious and amazing pudding. Sugar caramel is spread in mold and coconut & eggs mixture is added. Then baked in oven. You must try this pudding.
