Crispy Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (2 pieces) 1/2 kg
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Stock 1 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mark cuts on chicken, marinate with all ingredients and bake on 180 degrees C.
  2. For sauce: Heat butter, put maida, milk and masalay and cook it.
  3. Take out chicken in serving dish and put sauce.
  4. Now put cheese, bake more for 10 minutes and serve with dinner rolls.

Crispy Parmesan Chicken is amazing dish. Chicken is marinated and baked. Then topped with milk sauce & parmesan cheese and baked again. Served with dinner rolls.
