Cheese Souffle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Butter 50 gm
  • Maida 1/4 cup
  • Milk 1-2/3 cups
  • Eggs 5
  • Gyro cheese grated 80 gm
  • Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
  • Finely chopped green onion as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Grease oven proof dish with butter.
  2. Now heat remaining butter in pan, put maida, stir it with wooden spoon for 1-2 minutes until mixture becomes bubbles.
  3. Then close stove, put milk and stir it slowly to soft mixture.
  4. Now cook milk mixture on stove for 2 minutes, thick mixture and close stove.
  5. Then put egg yolks, cheese, nutmeg, salt and black pepper in batter and beat it.
  6. Now fold in milk mixture and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes on baking tray.
  7. Then put green onion and serve.

Cheese Souffle is delightful dessert. It is prepared with maida, cheese and milk. You must try this souffle.
