• thanx seemva for letting me know about Chef nadeem i have never tried any of his recipe i'll definetely give it a try but the thing i love about Tahira is dat she explains each and every thing really well which leaves no confusion and the way she presents the prepared food is just excellent Mashallah i have tried almost all of her recipes and they have turned out excellent Alhamdolillah

• umamah, its my personal opinion but I have compared 2 of tahira mateens recipes against other chefs. I tried tahira matins hari mirch qeema. Compare it to narial mirch qeema by chef nadeem and his recipe is superior. I did not get good results from tahira matins recipes.similarly tahira matins chatpati raan recipe vs eid ul azha recipe of raan musallam by chef nadeem was more good. Its my personal opinion.I try all chefs and compare their recipes. Sara riaz is very good too. I tried her tikka biryani, gola kabab with EXCELLENT RESULTS.tahira matin is good too but other chefs hav more experience.
