  • Made bihari boti biryani. I made few changes. U have to marinate for atleast 4 hours. I added 2 tbsp papaya paste to 500 gms chicken. Followed rest of the recipe with its marinating ingredients plus 2 TBSP BIHARI KABAB MASALA. Without it, it wont taste very good. I gave dam of coal for 3 mins after masala was ready. The biryani turned out very good. PLz try it. I omitted badyan flowers
