Andarsy
Ingredients
- Rice flour 600 gm
- Water 1 ½ cup
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Sugar ½ kg
- Sesame seeds (till) 1 cup
Method
- In a pan add 1 ½ cup water and ½ kg sugar cook stirring till sugar melts remove from fire and add in 600 gm rice flour mix well and leave it for 2 to 3 hours, it should form into a dough.
- Add ½ tsp baking soda and again mix very well remove in tray make it into a roll.
- Make into small pieces roll into 1 cup sesame seeds so that the sesame seeds covered the roll well cut into pieces deep fry in a single layer till light golden and crisp
Qasori Murgh Malai
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onion 2 medium
- Green chilies 4
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Fresh cream ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- All spice ¾ tsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
Method
- In a blender put together 2 medium onions, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 inch ginger, 4 green chilies with ¼ cup water.
- Blend well into fine paste, heat ½ cup oil in a pan, fry ground onion paste until it just start to change color, add 1 kg chicken with 1 ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp white pepper and ¾ tsp all spice, fry for 5 minutes,
- add 1 cup yogurt and 1 tsp day fenugreek leaves fry for 5 minutes.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Now add ½ cup water for gravy, simmer for another 15 minutes till gravy thick, lastly fold in cream mix well garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

- i've tried dis qasoori murgh malai chicken...not as good as other recipes...
