Anda Dopiaza
Ingredients
- ½ kg onion
- 250 grams tomatoes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 6 green chilies
- 6 boiled eggs
- ½ bunch coriander
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp hot spices powder
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp red chili powder
Method
- Heat ½ cup oil in a pan and sauté ½ julienne chopped onion in it.
- When onion is transparent, add 250 grams tomatoes, ½ tsp salt, ½ turmeric powder1 1 tsp hot spices powder 1 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 ½ tsp red chili powder, stir well.
- Then add 6 boiled eggs, ½ bunch fresh coriander, 6 green chilies and 1 cup yogurt and allow simmering for 10 mintues.
- Turn off the flame and serve.
