Upside Down Pineapple Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 packet cream
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup milk
- 6 pineapple slices
- 6 cherries
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Blend 6 eggs with blender add 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 packet cream, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup sugar powder and 1 cup milk and blend all together firmly.
- Add in a mould caramel sugar of about 1 cup.
- And put 6 pieces of pineapple slices on top and cool.
- When form a thick add in earlier created blended stuff.
- Put in a pre-heated oven for about 150c.
- Then take out and put in a serving dish.
- And garnish with 6 cherries.
