Strawberry Falooda
Ingredients
- ½ liter milk
- 1 cup vermicelli
- 1 cup strawberry
- 1 packet cream ½ liter strawberry ice cream
- 4 tbps sugar
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
Method
- First add ½ liter strawberry ice cream, 4 tbsp sugar and ½ liter milk in a blender and blend firmly and keep separately.
- Then in 1 cup strawberry jelly put 2 cup water and cook and cool down and freeze.
- When jelly is properly formed cut into tiny squared pieces.
- Add crushed ice in a glass as required.
- On top of ice add faluda then pieces of jelly.
- The add prepared liquid of ice cream and milk.
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp almond pistachios.
- Ready to serve.
