Baked Fish With Herb

Ingredients

  • Fish 
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Thyme ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Parsely 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
Method
  1. First wash the fish and make thin slits with a knife.
  2. In a bowl mix 1 tsp crushed red chili, 1 tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp oregano, ½ thyme, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp parsley, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp olive oil.
  3. Marinate the fish and leave it for half and hour.
  4. Now bake it in oven for 40 minutes at 150c.
  5. Ready to serve.
Sugar Brownies

Ingredients 

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 2 
  • Porridge ½ cup
  • Butter 100 gms
  • Baking powder
  • Cocoa powder
  • Artificial sweetener 4 tbsp
Method
  1. In a bowl whisk 100 gm butter, 4 tbsp artificial sweetener, 2 eggs and 1 tsp baking powder.
  2. Now add 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and ½ cup porridge and fold it.
  3. Now spread this mixture in a baking tray and bake it in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes at 180c.
  4. Ready to serve.
