• plz chef i would like to know can we use ghee or oil instead of butter in making lemon tart dough. if yes the plz guide how much of oil or ghee should i add, the recipe call for 100 gm butter. tnx.

• Had heard alot about shireen anwer's 'Yummy Chocolate Cake' that video wasnt uploaded on zaiqa by the way so i took it from elsewhere, tried it and oh my goodness! that cake is an absolute delight! dark,rich sponge and like all home baked goodies that cake just keeps getting better with every passing day..have made it about 7-8 times since then..will definitely try this recipe too!
