Ingredients:

  1. 1 pint fresh strawberries, stemmed and sliced
  2. 1 cup skimmed milk
  3. 1 cup (8 ounces) plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
  4. 1/2 cup honey
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 1 cup crushed ice (5-6 cubes)

Method:

  1. In a blender or food processor container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

A refreshing strawberry drink
