Compote Dessert Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 100 gram cashews
  • 80 ml water
  • 100 ml maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Method:

  1. Squash all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour over fruit or dessert of your choice.
