Nariyal Ki Meethi Tikya And Baigan Gosht by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Baigan Gosht:

  • Mutton 750 gram
  • Baigan 1 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Salt As required
  • Red Chilli 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • All Spice 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4-6
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch

Method:

  1. Heat oil in one pan and add onion.
  2. Now add mutton, ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli & turmeric and roast mutton.
  3. Now put water and tender mutton.
  4. When mutton is tendered, add chopped tomato & pieces of fried baigan and simmer it.
  5. Now add coriander leaves, green chillies & all spice, roast it.
  6. Baigan ghost is ready.

Ingredients for Nariyal ki Meethi Tikya:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Coconut powder 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Milk For knead

Method:

  1. Mix flour in ghee. Now mix coconut powder & caster sugar.
  2. Together put milk, knead flour and leave it for few minutes.
  3. Now roll flour and cut it with 2 inch cutter.
  4. Deep fry tikya in heat oil until it becomes golden and crispy.
  5. Serve it as hot.
