Ingredients for Lucknowi Tawa Kabab:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt thick 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Hyderabadi Khatti Daal:

  • Red lentil 200 grams
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chillies 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup

For Bhagar:

  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli whole 1
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Lauki Aur Sabudana Ki Kheer:

  • Milk 5 cups
  • Tapioca 3 tbsp
  • Bottle gourd 2 cups grated
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Custard powder 1 tbsp
  • Rose essence 1/2 tsp
  • Green color few drops
  • Almonds and pistachios as required
