Hyderabadi Ghazala And Mango Chutney by Chef Mehboob

Ingredients for Hyderabadi Ghazala:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Green Chilli 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1 kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Water 6 cup
  • Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
  • Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
  • Salt To Taste
  • Garam Masala Powder 1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Grind half green chillies. Then mix with yogurt, turmeric, coriander powder and salt.
  2. Cut remaining green chillies into long from center and fry in hot oil. When its color changes, take out.
  3. Now do onion golden brown in this oil.
  4. Now add mutton, do brown and cook until it water dries.
  5. Together add ginger, garlic, yogurt and 3 cup water. Then cover it and cook on low flame.
  6. After it, add coriander & fried green chillies and cook it until ghee comes on top.
  7. Add lemon juice and mix it nicely.
  8. In end, sprinkle garam masala powder and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve with hot chapati.

Ingredients for Mango Chutney:

  • Raw Mangoes 3
  • Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
