Mutton Liver Fry And Keri Ki Chutney by Chef Mehboob

Ingredients for Mutton Liver Fry:

  • Mutton liver 1 kg
  • Turmeric powder 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1/2cup
  • Tomato 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 2 inch
  • Clove 6
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in one pan and fry cinnamon, clove and chopped onion.
  2. Together add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Now add tomato and salt and mix it.
  3. Then add curry leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder and cook until masala dries.
  4. Now add mutton liver and mix it.
  5. Then add 1 glass water and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
  6. Remember, don't cook liver very much as it will become like a rubber.
  7. When water dries, add garam masala powder and simmer for 3 minutes.
  8. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve it. 

Ingredients for Keri Ki Chutney:

  • Keri 3
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint 1/3 bunch
