Ingredients for Spanish Mushrooms Kish:

  • Maida 8 ounces
  • White butter 4 ounces
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

For Filling:

  • Eggs 2
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mushrooms 6
  • Spinach 250 gram
  • Cottage cheese 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Add butter, egg and salt in maida, mix it and leave for few minutes.
  2. Now roll flour, spread on pie plate and split with fork.
  3. Bake for 180 degrees C and chill it.
  4. Blanch spinach little and blend thick thick.
  5. Put spinach, cheese and mushrooms slice on top on base.
  6. For filling: Add eggs, salt, cream and mustard and beat it.
  7. Put mixture and cheddar cheese on top of base.
  8. Bake again on 180 degrees C and serve it.

Ingredients for Kabab Sizzler:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Whole red chilli 10
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tamarind chutney 1/2 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Coriander leaves as required

Method:

  1. Roast whole red chilli and cumin and grind it.
  2. Cut chicken into cubes. Then add roasted masala, ginger. garlic, raw papaya, black pepper, salt, turmeric, lemon juice and garam masala, mix it nicely and chop it.
  3. Now make balls of mixture and deep fry it.
  4. Heat sizzler and put onion rings & kabab.
  5. Serve with tamarind chutney and coriander leaves.
