Ingredients for Basic Vanilla Ice Cream, Mango Ice Cream And Pista Ice Cream:

  • Milk 1 litre
  • Egg yolk 6
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • Cream 600 ml
  • Egg white 6
  • Mango puree 1 cup
  • Mango essence few drops
  • Yellow color few drops
  • Green color few drops
  • Chopped pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Pista essence few drops

For Garnish:

  • Whipped cream 200 gram
  • Waffers for serving
  • Chocolate cigar for serving
  • Cherries for garnish
  • Chocolate sauce for serving
  • Strawberry sauce for serving
  • Colored sprinkles for sprinkle
  • Praline for sprinkle
  • Fruit cocktail for serving
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. For Basic Ice Cream:
  2. In one pan, mix milk, egg yolk, corn flour, sugar and essence well and cook on low flame.
  3. Together stir continuously. When thick, remove from stove and chill it. Then add whipped cream and mix well.
  4. Now put in air tight container and keep in refrigerator.
  5. When mixture half freeze, use electric batter for 8 to 10 minutes and again keep in refrigerator.
  6. When completely freeze, serve according to your wish.
  7. For all flavours: Any flavoured ice cream can be made by making any fruit puree in basic vanilla ice cream.
