Ingredients for Arabic Kabsa:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Rice 2-1/2 cup
  • Tomato paste 1 can
  • Onion chopped 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Raisins 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Fried Chicken Fingers:

  • Chicken fingers 1/2 kg
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn  flour 1/2 cup
  • Egg whites 2
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Ingredients for Russian Salad:

  • Boiled macaroni 1 packet
  • Cucumber 2
  • Carrot 2
  • Pineapple cubes 1 can
  • Capsicum 2
  • Apple 1
  • Boiled almonds 8
  • Cabbage 1
  • Mayonnaise 1 bottle
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper as required
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Mushrooms 1 can
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
