Kathi Kabab by Chef Samina

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 500 gram
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter/Ghee as required
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 3-4
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Talhar chilli 3-4
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mix spices powder
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilli 3-4

For Parathy:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Ghee as required
  • Eggs 4
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Milk 3/4 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into small square pieces. Then add salt, corainder seeds, chillies, turmeric, cumin seeds and mix spices powder, mix it and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat butter or ghee and roast chicken on high flame.
  3. Now add ginger with tomato. Then add coriander leaves and green chillies, roast it and remove from flame.
  4. For paratha: Add salt, 2 tbsp ghee and sugar in flour and knead with milk and water.
  5. After it, leave for 15 minutes.
  6. Now make portions, roll it and fry it.
  7. When paratha fries from one side, put beaten egg in fried side and fry second side.
  8. When egg is fried, put chicken, roll it and serve hot.
