Ingredients for Sicilian Pizza:

For Dough:

  • Maida 250 gm
  • Powder milk 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Caster sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Yeast 1 tbsp

For Pizza Sauce:

  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Tandoori color 1 pinch
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp

For Filling:

  • Chicken boneless 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Hot sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Curry powder 1/2 tsp
  • Tandoori color 1 pinch
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Oregano leaves 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. For Dough: Mix maida, powder milk, egg, salt, caster sugar, oil and yeast with lukewarm water and knead flour.
  2. After it, leave for 30 minutes.
  3. When flour is doubled, roll it and spread on pizza plate.
  4. For Pizza Sauce: Heat oil and put chopped garlic. When golden in color, put tomato paste, salt, ketchup, oregano, crushed red chilli and tandoori color and cook it.
  5. Pizza sauce is ready.
  6. For Filling: Cut chicken into stripes. Then add ginger, garlic, crushed red chilli, red chilli powder, hot sauce, lemon juice, curry powder and tandoori color and marinate chicken.
  7. Now heat oil and fry it.
  8. Cut all vegetables into stripes.
  9. Spread pizza sauce on dough. Put cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, onion, capsicum and oregano cheese.
  10. Bake on 200 degrees C for 20 minutes and serve.

Ingredients for Salad Bar:

  • Cucumber 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Capsicum 2
  • Bread slice 2
  • Salted biscuits 1 packet
  • Macaroni 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple 1 tin
  • Sweet corn 1 tin
  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Cabbage 1
  • Peas 250 gram
  • Apple 1
  • Ice berg lettuce as required
  • Eggs 2
  • Italian dressing as required
  • French dressing as required
  • Thousand island dressing as required
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper as required
  • Caster sugar 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion 250 gm

Method:

  1. For Russian Salad: Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.
  2. Also boil carrot and peas.
  3. Now boil egg.
  4. In one bowl, put cream, salt and sugar in mayonnaise and mix it.
  5. In end, mix boiled vegetables.
  6. Russian salad is ready.
  7. For Coleslaw Salad: Cut carrot and cabbage into stripes.
  8. In one bowl, put mayonnaise, cream, salt, black pepper, sugar, cabbage and carrot and mix it.
  9. Coleslaw salad is ready.
  10. For Potato Salad: Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and boil it.
  11. Now put mayonnaise, cream, salt, black pepper, vinegar and chopped spring onion and mix it.
  12. Potato salad is ready.
  13. For Macaroni Salad: Boil macaroni.
  14. Now mix thousand island dressing in it.
  15. Macaroni salad is ready.
  16. For Salad Bar: Serve chopped cucumber, chopped carrot, tomato, onion, capsicum, biscuits and pineapple in separate separate bowl.
