Ingredients for Kachri Qeema:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Raw papaya 4 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Brown onion 1 cup
  • Onion paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Coal 1
  • Onion rings for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Lemon slice for garnish
  • Tomato slice for garnish
  • Kulchay for serving
  • Salad for serving
  • Raita for serving

Ingredients for Rawa Maida Paratha:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Sooji 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lukewarm water as required

  • Allah Pak sub per karam rakhay ....Ameen, after this tragic news when ever i saw Thaira Mateen's show promo & clippings it makes me so sad, its about time people should talk about these matters when they sit together like how they gona react and what their action should be when they are in dangerous situations like this one CELL PHONE ,MONEY CARS JEWELER is not EXPENSIVE BUT LIFE IS....so i hope some one going to EDUCATE PEOPLE ABOUT THIS SERIOUS ISSUE BECAUSE RULE OF THUMB IS SAFE THEN SORRY ......Government is not willing to protect the life of its citizens so citizens should do some thing on their own & try to EDUCATE THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS....may ALLAH PAK bless Tahira with bravery & make her life easier for her kids as for Mateen bhai may he have best place in haven AMEEN.........................

  • u are so right mavenbrainbox. I did find it out on tues oct 2nd shirin anwars show when she gave the news. Then I watched naheed ansaris saturday show sep 29 and she gave more details. Its unimaginable tragedy. She has 5 young kids. I found it hard to sleep that night thinking about her condition. Plz pray to allah to give her strength to bring up her kids. Now she has to be father and mother to her kids. I also pray for matin bhais soul, mAy god grant him a place in heaven. ameen. And may god keep all of us safe, all pakistanis, specially karachiites. ameen.
