Ingredients for Chicken Tandoori Sandwich Spread:

  • Boneless chicken 1/4 kg
  • Sliced onions 1/2 cup
  • Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
  • Garlic masala 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 small
  • Green chillies 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Lettuce leaves few
  • Tomato slices thin
  • Bread slices 6 toasted
  • Oil as needed
  • Salt n pepper as needed

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with onion, garlic, lemon, juice, yogurt and tandoori masala, cook on a stove top or in the oven with little bit of oil until done.
  2. Chop the  chicken, mix with mayonnaise, spread on toasted bread, place some lettuce and tomatoes and serve with potato chips.

Ingredients for Chopped Vegetables Pizza Stove:

  • Pizza dough 1 cup
  • Mixed vegetables 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Tomato sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Green chilies for garnish

Method:

  1. Roll pizza dough, line or tawa or frying pan, spread tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and chopped vegetables, sprinkle green chillies and place on tawa or frying pan on low flame.
  2. When the pizza edges as cooked and mozzarella cheese melts completely means pizza is ready to serve.
  3. You can also bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees C for 5 minutes and further at 180 degrees C from 5-7 minutes until crisp and golden on top.
