Ingredients for Crumbs Walay Fried Chops:

  • Mutton chops 6-8
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Egg 2
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube white 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Firstly, crush mutton chops lightly, marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt, and white vinegar and leave for at least 2 hours.
  2. Now put egg white, corn flour, floured chicken cubes, mustard powder and sugar in one bowl and mix nicely.
  3. Then dip mutton chops one by one in mixture and coat with bread crumbs
  4. After that, heat oil in karahi pan, deep fry mutton chops until golden brown.
  5. Delicious Crumbs Walay Fried Chops are ready.

Ingredients for Lemon Chicken Steaks With Brown Sauce:

  • Chicken fillet 8
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

For Brown Sauce:

  • Brown sugar 2
  • Soya sauce 2
  • Corn flour 1
  • Vinegar 2
  • Black pepper 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Pineapple syrup as required

Method:

  1. Put soya sauce, white vinegar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper in chicken fillet, mix it and leave for few minutes.
  2. Then heat grill pan, spread some oil and make the steak golden brown from both sides.
  3. For making brown sauce: Put brown sauce, soya sauce, corn flour, vinegar, chopped black pepper, finely chopped green chilies and pineapple syrup in pan and cook for a while.
  4. Pour on steak and serve.

Ingredients Pasta With Sauce:

  • Chicken fillet 2
  • Kolson pasta 1 packet
  • Fresh cream 2 packets
  • Grated cheese 1 small packet
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 small packet
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

To Boil the Fillets:

  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required

Method:

  1. First, shred chicken fillet, put white vinegar, salt and chopped black pepper on chicken fillet and grill it.
  2. When it is fried from both sides, make paarchay.
  3. Put oil in one pot and do golden brown garlic cloves.
  4. When they are golden, remove pot from stove, put fresh cream, grated cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese and cook little.
  5. When the sauce of 3 items are ready, then mix salt and chopped black pepper.
  6. Then heat water in pot and boil kolson pasta.
  7. Together put oil. When they are tendered, strain water and put oil again
  8. Now put boiled pasta in a wide dish, put sauce on top, keep hot chicken fillet and serve.
