Beef tikka macaroni 

Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut      1/2 kg
  • Tikka spice mix   1 sachet
  • Pasta macaroni   1 packet
  • Onion                                 1
  • Garlic                         1 tbsp
  • Ginger                        1 tbsp
  • Tomato                               2
  • Green chilli                        6

Mutton white karahi 

Ingredients:

  • Meat                         1 kg
  • Black pepper         1 tsp
  • Red chilli seed    3 tbsp
  • Garlic                    1 tbsp
  • Ginger                   1 tbsp
  • Yoghurt                  2 cup
  • Onion                             2 
  • Salt                            1 tsp
  • Oil                         1/2 cup
  • Green chilli              8-10
  • Cumin seeds         1 tbsp
  • Coriander              1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan , add onion , garlic and ginger .
  2. Fry till it becomes light golden.
  3. Now add meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Crush red chilli seeds and put in the pan.
  5. Add green chillies, 3 cups water and bring to a boil.
  6. Cover it and cook for 45 minutes on low flame.
  7. When oil comes out , add yoghurt , coriander and cumin seeds.
  8. Cook again till the oil comes out.
  9. Lastly sprinkle black pepper and serve.
