Ingredients for Zafrani Anday Ka Halwa:

  • Egg 12
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Khoya 1/2 kg
  • Saffron 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1/2 kg
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Almonds 1/2 cup
  • Pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
  • Silver paper as required

Method:

  1. Beat egg, milk and saffron.
  2. Heat ghee, put eggs mixture, sugar and khoya and roast it.
  3. Then put yellow color and roast until ghee separates.
  4. Now add chopped almonds, pistachio and cardamom powder and roast it.
  5. Take out in dish. Keep silver paper, garnish with almonds and serve.

Ingredients for Baked Mince:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Almond 10
  • Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Green chili 4
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Grind almonds and poppy seeds finely.
  2. Now put all masalay in mince, chop in chopper and take out in bowl.
  3. Then add green coriander and green chilies and mix it.
  4. Now spread mince on oven prove dish and brush with oil.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes and take out from oven.
  6. Garnish with onion rings and serve.
