Ingredients for Fried Fish Fillet:

  • Fish filler 500 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1-1/2 tsp
  • Flour 3/4 cup
  • Egg 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil as required

Ingredients for Olive Salad:

  • Green Black olive 1 cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Chilli garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Arabic Rice:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Sugar caramel 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom 4-5
