Ingredients for Moroccan Rib Roast:

  • Mutton 1-1/2 kg
  • Olive oil  4 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander  2 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Chopped garlic  1 tbsp
  • Lemon  2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Paste all ingredients in ribs and leave for whole night.
  2. Now cook in pan until the mutton is tendered.
  3. Keep in oven for a while. When colour changes, take out and serve.

Ingredients for Chocolate Pistachio Fudge:

  • Dark chocolate  200 gm
  • Condensed milk  200 gm
  • Butter (unsalted)  1 tbsp
  • Chopped pistachio  3/4 cup
  • Salt  1 pinch

Method:

  1. Mix chocolate, condensed milk, butter and salt and melt it.
  2. When nicely mixed, add pistachio, put in grease dish and freeze it.
  3. Cut into pieces and serve.
