Ingredients For Bbq mutton Leg

  • Mutton leg  1
  • Papaya paste  3 tbsp
  • Vinegar  4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Lemon skin  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Mint leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Worchestor sauce 2 tbsp


  1. First boneless the chicken leg and open it like a book.
  2. Keep it on a tray, add ginger garlic paste, papaya paste and marinate it from both sides.
  3. Then add salt, chopped black pepper, lemon juice, lemon skin, worchestor sauce, fruit vinegar, oil and mix them all.
  4. In the end add chopped mint, chopped red chili, brown sugar on its top and marinate it.
  5. Then heat the coal put the mutton leg on grill, cook it from both sides, When it becomes golden cut it and then serve.


Ingredients For Skewered Chicken In Italian Way:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 3 tbsp
  • Chicken mince 125 gm
  • Capsicum 1
  • Basil 1/2 tsp
  • Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 packet
  • Papaya paste  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp
  • Skewers sticks  as required


  1. First open the chicken like a open book, press it with steak hammer.
  2. Now add tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, basil, capsicum, chopped parsley, salt, chopped black pepper, papaya paste mix it nicely.
  3. Now add chicken mince mix it nicely, When it is mixed well then spread the chicken spread on it.
  4. In the end sprinkle grated cheddar cheese, and start rolling it carefully.
  5. When it is properly rolled then cut into half inches.
  6. Now put them 3 in each skewers.
  7. When all the sticks are ready then place it in steamer for 12 to 15 minutes and then serve it.


Ingredients For Chicken Tomato Pasta:

  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves
  • Tomatoes boiled 2
  • Tomatoes paste 3 tbsp
  • Penne pasta boiled  1/4 packet
  • Chicken breast  2
  • Button mushroom 1/2 cup
  • Parsley chopped  1/4 bunch
  • Sour cream  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • Brown sugar  1 tsp


  1. First pour oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, and chopped onions, cook it till it becomes soft.
  2. Now add jullianne chicken breast, cook it well for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Then add boiled and chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, brown sugar mix it well.
  4. Now add salt, chopped black pepper, slice mushrooms, boiled pasta, chopped parsley, cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Then add sour cream mix it well and then serve.
