BEEF ROGHAN JOSH


Ingredients For Beef Roghan Josh:

  • 1/2 kg botis
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 kg blended tomatoes
  • 2 tsp crushed red chili
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • Coriander, green chilies as required
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat the oil, add onions make them brown.
  2. Now add botis, water, cook it on low temperature, until the mutton tenders.
  3. Then add chopped tomatoes, chopped ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander, salt, chopped red chili, lemon juice.
  4. When the water dries add  green coriander, green chilies in end.

DAHI PYAS KABAB


Ingredients For Dahi pyas kabab:

  • 1/2 kg chicken boneless
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 4 onions
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp all spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 50 grams butter
  • shashlik sticks as required

Method:

  1. Make the the small pieces of chicken boneless pour yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chili, green chili paste, chopped garam masala, salt, oil and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Now put them in shashlik sticks, place them in oven prove dish for baking it on 200 degree C for half an hour.
  3. Then pour butter in a hot pan, add onions cut them finely.
  4. Put ready kababs on their top, simmer it for 10 minutes.
  5. In the end serve it with lemon and chatni.

MASALA AALOO BAINGAN RICE


Ingredients For Masala Aaloo Baingan Rice:

  • 1/2 kg boiled rice
  • 250 grams brinjal
  • 1/2 kg potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 250 grams tomatoes
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 6 green chilies
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sall spice powder
  • 1 tsp crushed red chili
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 4 curry leaves
  • 5 tbsp oil

Method:

  1. Heat the oil add onions for making them brown.
  2. Now Add small pieces of potatoes.
  3. When the potatoes becomes brown then add brinjal, tomato, green chilies, curry leaves, whole garam masala, turmeric, salt, cover it.
  4. When the vegetables is tendered well add boiled rice mix it, simmer it for 10 minutes and turn of the stove.
