- Ginger water 1 cup
- Cumin seed 1-1/2 tsp
- Ghee 1 cup
- Degi red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Dough 2 portions
Ingredients for Special Gur Ky Chawal:
- Sella rice 750 gm
- Jaggery 750 gm
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Butter 3/4 cup
- Almond 1/2 cup
- Clove 4-5
- Cardamom 6-8
- Coconut 1/2 cup
- Rabri 1 cup
