Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken Fried Rice:

  • Rice  1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies  6
  • Mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Crushed black pepper  1tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp

For Tandoori Chicken:

  • Chicken  1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Red food colour few drops
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Carom seeds roasted 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds roasted  1 tsp
  • Raw papaya paste  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper  2 tsp
  • Vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp

Ingredients for Gulabo Chai:

  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Mix dry fruit  as required
  • Red sharbat  4 tbsp
  • Green cardamom  4
  • Rose petals as required
  • Milk cream 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Nariyal Ki Chutney:

  • Fresh coconut  1 cup
  • Green chilies  6
  • Garlic  6 cloves
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leave  1/2 bunch
  • Lemon juice  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin seeds  2 tsp
