Ingredients for Aloo Gosht:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Potato 3
  • Onion 3
  • Tomato 3
  • Green chilli 2-3
  • Coriander 1/4 cup
  • Mix spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2-1/2 tsp
  • Naan for serving

For Mix Spice Powder:

  • Cardamom 1
  • Clove 4-5
  • Black pepper 6-8
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Purani Delhi Ki Biryani:

  • Chicken thai 750 gm
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/4 cup

For Marination:

  • Fried onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Raita for serving

Ingredients for Kashmiri Besan Parathay:

  • Chickpea flour 1/2 cup
  • Flour 2-1/2 cup
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Water for dough
  • Cumin seed as required
  • Onion seed as required
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ghee for fry
