Ingredients for Indian Daal:

  • Masoor daal 1-1/2 cup
  • Spinach 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Khatai powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Aloo Masala:

  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Curry leaves 10-12
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Asafetida 1 pinch

Ingredients for Puri:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • White flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Hari Chutney:

  • Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Mint 1/2 bunch
  • Tamarind juice 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli 8
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves 8-10
