Ingredients for Strawberry Cupcake:

  • Egg 2
  • Caster sugar 4 oz
  • Butter 4 oz
  • Strawberry essence 1 tsp
  • Strawberry jam 4 tbsp
  • Self raising flour 4 oz
  • Strawberry 1/2 kg

Ingredients for Imperial Chicken:

  • Chicken 18 pieces or 1 kg
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Roasted coriander 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Mix spice 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Zarda color 1 pinch
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
