Ingredients for Paratha:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Malai Tikka:

  • Chicken leg 4
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Salad leaves 3-4
  • Tomatoes 1-2
  • Onion rings 1-2
  • Lemons 1-2

Method:

  1. Cut chicken legs into 8 pieces.
  2. Put garlic paste, water, yogurt, cream, green chili paste, chopped cumin, white pepper, crushed black pepper, all spice powder, cornflour, oil and salt in one mixing bowl and mix it.
  3. Now skew in skewers, fry on low flame or bake it and give smoke of coal,
  4. In end, garnish with salad leaves, tomato, onion and lemon and serve.

Ingredients for Cone Pizza Puff:

For Margarine Pastry:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Dry milk 2 tbsp
  • Margarine as required
  • Salt a pinch

For Chicken:

  • Chicken boneless 200 gm
  • BBQ masala 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Topping:

  • Capsicum (sliced) 1
  • Tomatoes (sliced) 1
  • Mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Black olives 1/2 cup
  • Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
  • Grated mozzarella cheese 300 gm

Method:

  1. For making chicken: Add BBQ masala, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder and salt and mix well. Now paste nicely on chicken.
  2. Now heat oil in one pan and fry chicken until color changes and remove from stove. Chicken is ready.
  3. For making margarine pastry: Mix flour, egg, dry milk and salt, knead with water, make portions and roll it.
  4. Now paste margarine on one roti and put another roti on it.
  5. Now make layer like this and roll it.
  6. Then cut with cuter.
  7. For making filling: Mix finely capsicum slice, finely tomatoes slice, finely slice mushroom, black olives, pizza sauce and grated mozzarella cheese nicely.
  8. Put filling in center of dough.
  9. Now bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10 to 15 minutes and serve hot.
