Ingredients for Keema Nathia Gali:

  • Keema 750 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 250 gm
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • White cumin 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 10-12
  • Coriander as required
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Kulchay for serving

Ingredients for Masala Dal Pakora:

  • Bengal gram 2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic 1/2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry asafoetida 1 pinch
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil for frying
  • Green chilli 2-3
