Ingredients for Halwa Puri:

For Halwa:

  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Sugar 2-1/2 cup
  • Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
  • Desi ghee 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Water 1-1/2 cup

For Puri:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Plain flour 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Aloo Chanay Ka Salan:

For Aloo Salan:

  • Boil potato 1/2 kg
  • Black pepper 8
  • Clove 4-5
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • White cumin 1-1/2 tsp
  • Dry asafoetida to taste
  • Oil 4 tbsp

For Chanay Ka Salan:

  • Boil chanay 2-1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chilli 1-1/2 tsp
  • White cumin 1-1/2 tsp
  • Soda 2 pinch
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 1 tbsp
