Ingredients for Puri:

  • White flour 3 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Melted ghee 6 tbsp

Ingredients for Halwa:

  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Sugar 750 gm
  • Water 750 gm
  • Cardamom 6-8
  • Kewra 1 tsp
  • Zarda color 1 pinch
  • Almond, Pistachio 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Aloo Bhaji:

  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 6-8
  • Coriander 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilli 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 4
  • Onion seed 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Turmeric 1 tsp

For Bhagar:

  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Cholay:

  • Desi chickpeas 250 gm
  • Soda 1 pinch
  • Onion 1
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Amchoor powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed fennel 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Tomato 3
  • Coriander as required
  • Green chillies 4-6
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
