Ingredients For Baisan Kay Ladoo:

  • Gram flour 125 gm
  • Flour 125 gm
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 250- 300 gm
  • Yellow color few drops

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add yellow color, flour and gram flour.
  2. Fry well on slow flame till aroma comes.
  3. Add cardamom powder and take off the flame, let it cool.
  4. Now add in sugar as required.
  5. Mix well and make medium balls with the mixture.

Ingredients For Malai Khaja:

For Dough:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Water as required

Extra Ingredients:

  • Flour for dust
  • Red and green color few drops
  • Ghee for fry

Ingredients For Paste:

  • Uni puff 300 gm
  • Oil 100 ml

Ingredients For Filling:

  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar 150 gm
  • Pistachio chopped 2 tbsp
  • Almond chopped  2 tbsp
  • Raisin 2 tbsp

Ingredients For Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar 750 gm
  • Water 300 ml
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. For Dough: Mix together flour and cardamom powder, kneed to dough with water as required, keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. For Paste: Blend together 300 gm uni puff and 100 ml. Keep aside.
  3. For Filling: Mix all the ingredients of filling together.
  4. Keep aside.
  5. Method for sugar syrup:
  6. Boil water, add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook till thick syrup is formed.
  7. For Malai Khaja: Make rectangular shape of dough, put red and green dough sliced on it.
  8. Apply uni puff paste.
  9. Cut like roti, put the filling mixture on top.
  10. Put the 2 and roti on it, Press well to seal properly. Try on low flame till nice golden, drains extra ghee.
  11. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  12. Then dip in sugar syrup.

Ingredients For Injeer Ka Halwa:

  • Fig 125 gm
  • Fig sliced 50 gm
  • Milk as required
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar 125 gm
  • Ghee100 gm
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Semolina 1 tsp
  • Flour 1 tsp
  • Almond ground 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak 125 gm fig in milk 2 hours and then blend very well.
  2. Add ghee in a pan, warm add semolina, flour almonds, fry till slightly golden, add fig paste, fry till slightly golden, add fig paste, fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add sugar mix till sugar is dissolve, add khoya, cardamom powder and sliced fig mix well, take out in dish garnish with fig.
