Ingredients for Hari Moong Daal Gosht Curry:

  • Split green gram 3/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 3/4 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 3
  • Soya 1 bunch
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Meat 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Garlic 5 clove
  • Chopped black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin as required

For Bhagar:

  • Onion 2
  • Kashmiri red chilli 1 tsp
  • Dry red chilli 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2-3 clove
  • Naan for serving

  • Potato 6

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilli 3
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Dry red chilli 3
  • Degi red chilli 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 4 clove
