Ingredients For Mini Kabab Pizza With Tamarind Sauce:

Ingredients For Kabab:

  • Beef mince  1/2 kg
  • Onion  1
  • Egg  1
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Ginger 1 piece

Ingredients For Kabab:

  • Green chili  2
  • Oil for frying  as required

For Pizza Topping:

  • Capsicum  1/2 cup
  • Mushroom  1/2 cup
  • Olives  10
  • Onion 1
  • Cheddar cheese  1 packet

For Making Tamarind Sauce:

  • Tamarind juice  1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Crushed tomatoes 1 cup
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add the beef mince, onion, chopped red chili, salt, ginger piece, green chilies in a chopper.
  2. Now add egg and make small cubes and fry it in a pan.
  3. For making Tamarind sauce, pour tamarind juice, tomato ketchup, chopped tomatoes, oregano, garlic paste and let it cook.
  4. When the sauce becomes thick then remove it from stove.
  5. Now pour sauce on knead roti.
  6. Then put the fried kababs.
  7. After that add capsicum, mushroom, olives, onions grated cheese on it.
  8. Now bake it in oven keeping its temperature on 180 degree C.

Ingredients For Hot And Spicy Murgh Shorba:

  • Whole chicken  1
  • Boiled eggs  4
  • Water  3 glasses
  • Fry onion  2
  • Tomato  2
  • Oil  half cup
  • Green chili  6
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Small cardamom  4
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic  1 tbsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Coriander  as required
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Plum  50 grams

Method:

  1. Put fried onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic, salt, turmeric, green chilies, cumin, yogurt in a blender then chop it well.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add small cardamom, whole black pepper, chopped masala,  roast it well.
  3. Then pour water, when the water is boiled then add whole chicken, potato, plum paste flour on its sides and let it cook on low temperature for half an hour.
  4. After that add egg,s chopped garam masala, green coriander turn off the stove.

Ingredients For Tikka Masala:

Making Tikki:

  • Boiled potato  4
  • Chopped green chili  4
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Fried gram flour  3 tbsp

For Making Masala:

  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped tomato  2
  • Tamarind juice  4 tbsp
  • Chaat masala  1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Long chopped green chili 4
  • Coriander  4 tbsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For Making Tikki add boiled potatoes, mash them add chopped green chilies, black pepper, salt, roasted flour mix it well.
  2. Now make small tikki.
  3. For making Masala pour oil in a pan, add chopped onions.
  4. When the onion becomes brown then add tomatoes, chaat masala, salt, long green chilies and roast it.
  5. Now add tamarind sauce and put the kababs on it.
  6. When the kababs are cooked well from one side then changes its side, sprinkle green coriander on it.
