Ingredients For Kaleji Tikka:

  • Mutton liver  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Thick yogurt 125 gm
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Coal  as required

Method:

  1. First add mutton liver pieces.
  2. Now add liver, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, chopped red chilies and chopped cumin mix it well.
  3. Then pour oil.
  4. Now put them in skewers fry it and keep it on a side.
  5. Take it out and then serve it hot.
