Ingredients For Vegetable Dumping In Hot Garlic Sauce:

  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Boiled carrots 2
  • Peas  1 cup
  • Flour rice  2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Bread crumbs  1/2 cup
  • Egg white  2
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil  as required

For Garlic sauce:

  • Stock  2 cups
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Fresh red chilies  4
  • Chopped green chilies  4
  • Sesame seed oil  1 tsp
  • Knorr beef zaiqa  1 packet

Method:

  1. First add boiled potatoes, boiled carrots, mash them nicely.
  2. Add peeled peas, chop them.
  3. Now add rice flour, breadcrumbs, corn flour, salt, chopped black pepper, chicken cubes flour mix it well.
  4. Then make small balls, dip it into egg white, soya sauce, white vinegar, salt, fresh red chilies, chopped green chilies, cook it well.
  5. Then add corn flour in water, stock, stir it with wooden spoon make it thick.
  6. Now add ready balls, add beef, sesame seeds.
  7. Then  Vegetable Dumping In Hot Garlic Sauce is ready to serve.

Ingredients For Achari Murgh Rice:

  • Rice  2 cups
  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion  3
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 8
  • White cumin  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemons  4
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Curry leaves  few
  • Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes  2
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil  1 cup

Method:

  1. Add onions make them golden brown.
  2. Now add rice, take out its water, add salt, white vinegar, boil it and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then pour oil in a pan heat it add chicken, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste dry its water.
  4. Now add yogurt, tomatoes, chopped red chilies, mustard seeds, kalonji, white cumin, chopped green chilies roast it well.
  5. Then add few curry leaves, lemon juice, put it on simmer.
  6. When you wanted to serve, add boiled rice in achari chicken, mix it well. add lemon juice.
  7. In the end take out the rice in a pan, add onions and chopped mint and serve it hot.

Ingredients For Aloo Methi Daal:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes  4
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Green chilies  4
  • Curry leaves few
  • Oil  1 cup

Method:

  1. First peel the potatoes wash them add tomatoes, water boil them.
  2. When the potatoes are tender then cool it and blend.
  3. Then add chopped red chilies, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt, curry leaves, green chilies, tamarind  make it thick an cook it.
  4. When the green chilies are tender then add ready lentils, kalonji.
  5. Now pour oil in a pan, add whole red chilies, chopped white cumin, fenugreek leaves, curry leaves, make them brown, serve it hot with simple rice.
