Ingredients For Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream:

  • Evaporated milk  1 tin
  • Condensed milk  1/2 tin
  • Fresh whipped cream  1 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate sauce  1/2 cups
  • Chocolate chips  1/2 cup
  • Chocolate 4 ounce
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Butter  1 tsp
  • Icing sugar  2 ounce
  • Light corn syrup  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For Fudge sauce, add chocolate, cream, butter, icing sugar, light corn syrup cook it for 5 minutes.
  2. For icing cream, add evaporated milk beat it, until it become double.
  3. Now add condensed milk, beaten fresh cream, chocolate sauce and chocolate chips.
  4. Then set it until it becomes ready.
  5. Now fold it into ready fudge sauce, set it, until it becomes ready.

Ingredients For Roast Chicken Masala:

  • Chicken  1 kg
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Onion brown 3 tbsp
  • Tomatoes  2
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Ghee, oil  1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves  12- 15
  • Fries  for serving 

Method:

  1. First marinate the whole chicken with chop red chili, turmeric, chopped onions, blended tomatoes, chopped garam masala, chili sauce, chopped ginger garlic paste, water, ketchup and mayonnaise and keep it for an hour.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add 12-15 curry leaves, add chicken and masala.
  3. Then cover and simmer it for half an hour.
  4. In the end add fries then simmer it.

Ingredients For Malai Seekh Kabab:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Onion  2
  • Green chilies 10
  • Mint leaves  15
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Malai 3 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add mince, chopped onion, green chilies, mint leaves, green coriander, salt, malai, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, ginger garlic paste grind it well.
  2. Now put the mixture in skewer grill or bake it.
  3. Then simmer it with coal.
  4. In the end serve it with tomato and onion rings.

Ingredients For Cappuccino Smoothie:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Milk 1/3 cup
  • Sugar   3 tbsp
  • Chocolate syrup 1 tbsp
  • Ice cubes  1 1/2 cup
  • Marshmallow  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Blend the yogurt, milk, sugar, chocolate syrup, icing cubes and marshmallow.
