Ingredients For White Chocolate cheese Cake:

  • Biscuit crumbs 2 cup
  • Butter 4 ounce
  • Eggs 3
  • Cream cheese  8 ounce
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Sugar  5 ounce
  • Gelatin  2 tbsp
  • Water  1/4 cup
  • White chocolate grated 6 ounce
  • Fresh cream whipped 12 ounce
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Milk  1/4 cup

Method:

  1. First grease the the base of the loose bottom pan.
  2. Now put some biscuits crumbs, melted butter paste it on cake pan, bake it on 180 degree C for 10 minute, take it out and cool it.
  3. Now cook the egg yolk with sugar for 2 minutes.
  4. Then mix the grated white chocolate with milk, melt it.
  5. Now mix the egg yolk with gelatin.
  6. Then pour some fresh cream. beat it.
  7. Now add egg white with sugar beat it.
  8. Then put cream, cream cheese, lemon juice fold it in vanilla essence.
  9. Now fold it in egg white.
  10. Then put the mixture on biscuit base, freeze it for 2 hours.
  11. In the end take it out and garnish it for serve.

Ingredients For Meat Ball Shashlik:

  • Mince  400 gm
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Egg beaten  half
  • Wooster sauce  1 tbsp
  • Ketchup  4 to 5 tbsp
  • Raw onion grinded 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Capsicum 2
  • Tomatoes  2

Method:

  1. First grind the mince, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, corn flour, half beaten egg, chopped onions, until it becomes smooth paste.
  2. Now make balls and paste it on skewers, along onion, capsicum, tomatoes put them in sequence.
  3. Then pour oil in a pan, then put meat ball skewers cook it for 10 minutes.
  4. Put some ketchup, oyster sauce serve it with rice.

Ingredients For Memoni Chicken Curry:

  • Chicken  1 kg 16 pieces
  • Water  2 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Onion  1

For Baghar:

  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Curry Leaves  25
  • Mustard seeds  1 tsp

For Roasted masala:

  • Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds  2 tsp
  • Peanuts  1 tbsp

For Gravy:

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Tomato puree  3 tbsp
  • Raw grinded rice 1 tsp
  • Onion  2

Method:

  1. First add chicken water, salt, turmeric, white cumin, chopped onions, boil it along, tendered chicken, so that the half cup of stew must be remained.
  2. Now pour oil add curry leaves, mustard, mix it with rice fry it well, until it turns to golden light color.
  3. Now add chopped red chilies, chopped  and roasted coriander, fry it well.
  4. Then pour water, now add tomato puree, add boiled chicken stew, simmer it on low temperature.
  5. After that add gravy, pour water.
  6. In the end add chopped rice, add boiled rice then serve.
