Ingredients For Moroccan Chicken Wings:

  • Chicken wings  1-1/2 cup
  • Harissa sauce  1-1/2 tsp
  • Curd  1/4 tsp
  • Onion  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First cut the onions into 8 pieces.
  2. Now take a bowl add chicken wings, harissa sauce, oil and put the onions pieces in yogurt mix it well.
  3. Then bake it in oven or grill.
  4. Tasty Moroccan Chicken Wings is ready to serve.

Ingredients For Harissa Sauce:

  • Round whole chili  6-8
  • Garlic  2 cloves
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Cumin  1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste  2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  1
  • Green coriander  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Grind all the ingredients Above in a blender well.
  2. Harissa sauce is ready.
